"Starter" Tabletop Filler & Crowner Key Benefits
Looking for the non-carbonated version? Click Here!Interested in an automatic expandable filler? Click here! The Starter Table Top Filler is a single valve manually loaded counter pressure filler for carbonated (as well as non-carbonated) beverages such as beer, soda, carbonated water, hard cider, and malternatives. It is also capable of filling non-carbonated wine, water, cider, juice, soup, etc... Although it is relatively inexpensive it has many great features including its great price. With no change parts, and slight user-adjustment, it is capable if filling many different bottle sizes. With change-parts it can handle jars, cans and other containers! It has a small footprint so as not to take up too much space and as such can be readily stored when not in use (if mounted on wheels). The filling valve is stainless steel with an integral product valve for reliable fills. It is designed for easy automatic CIP and easy breakdown for inspection. It comes standard with double pre-evacuation and inert gas leveling, which results in extremely low oxygen pickup and precision fill heights, something found on only the best fillers in the world. The Starter Tabletop allows you to purchase any combination of 6 valves/crowners for the machine. You can have 1 filling head and no crowner, or 1 filling head and 1 crowner. You could have 3 filling heads, and 1 crowner, or even just 4 to 6 filling heads if you had your own crowner. The combination is up to you. You tell us what you need, and we build it that way. If you start small with only a couple valves, you can still add more as your needs grow! Individual operating times such as, vacuum, CO2, fill, push back, snift and even a pause are adjustable by the operator. The Starter also has an impressive array of options available such as expandability, as well as the ability to do just about any size bottle under 5-1/2 inch diameter, and at or under 12 inches in height. A liquid ring vacuum pump and receiver tank are available if you do not already have one, which is used to provide the vacuum for the double-evacuation. The Starter Table Top Filler/Crowner is a great machine
for the first time bottler. It's inexpensive to own and operate. It will
package with quality and consistency. Its heavy duty, primarily stainless steel
construction will last for many years. It's one of the best buys on the
market today with a payback potential of six months or less. Pricing (Updated as of September 24, 2007)Machine is capable of any combination of 6 valves and/or crowners

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR TABLE TOP FILLER/CROWNER: We started out with a target price in mind and basically decided to mimic the competition's valve. We designed our valve and successfully hit our price target. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to terms with the lack of quality this new valve represented. Like most other small fillers our valve had only three or four parts and although they were stainless steel rather than the competition's plastic, that just wasn't good enough. So we went back to the cad station and designed a valve which could be used in two different configurations in both our tabletop fillers as well as our larger automatic fillers. This valve has fourteen stainless steel parts. It breaks down, without the need of tools, for inspection and seal changing and it makes the table top filler qualified for upgrading to any of our automatic fillers. It has a faster fill rate than any of our competitor's small fillers because we can fill short tube, in addition to long tube (if required). However, its most important feature is that the product valve is integral to the valve itself. That means we can control fill height very precisely, just as we do on our larger, more expensive fillers. In addition, we added double pre-evacuation because we know it's the only way to prevent oxidation of your products while they sit on the shelf awaiting purchase. What did all this do to our price target? Quite frankly, it destroyed it. But, at least we didn't compromise. We created a product we can be proud of and you can be assured is the best on the market today. What are we going to do about our price target?
Well, we decided that initially at least, we would stick with our original price
target. We want to get enough machines in your hands so that you can judge
for yourselves and hopefully tell your fellow bottlers. Then, we'll see. If
sales are great enough to allow for economies of scale, we will do our best to
maintain the price. If not, it will still be the best buy, in a table top, on
the market. |
