Evolution 12 Valve High Flow Filler with 2 crowners

Evolution -- Glass, PET -- Carbonated or Non-carbonated

  • Expandable! Add more valves as your needs increase!
  • Capable of up to 72 12oz bottles per minute!
  • Double Pre-Evacuation and Inert Gas leveling ability standard!
  • Primarily Stainless Steel construction and other food grade materials.
  • PLC Controlled with user-adjustable times for total control of the filling cycle.

The Evolution in–line, automatic filler is expandable and can grow from 2 to 12 valves with an approximate speed range of 8 to 48 12oz Glass/Plastic Bottles / Min. with standard flow valves and up to 12 to 72 bottles per minute with the high flow valve system. It is capable of filling carbonated or uncarbonated products.

It has double pre-evacuation (optional vacuum pump required), the only method for achieving extremely low airs and great shelf life on products that become contaminated when exposed to oxygen during the filling process. The Evolution also has inert gas leveling for precise fill height, a further measure which aids in insuring low airs by precisely controlling the headspace. This also guarantees your bottles will be legal and have a professional shelf appearance. The Evolution is very flexible and is capable of filling a wide range of bottle sizes and bottle materials, which is nothing short of staggering. This means, among other things, that it can be set up to run a 12 oz to 750ml glass or pet bottle.

The configuration of the Evolution is unique. Containers feed in on a conveyor at the back of the filler where they are counted as they enter. When the proper amount have entered the infeed area, the containers are pushed across, onto the filling table where the fill valves descend upon them for filling. When they are filled a new set of containers are indexed across which pushes the already filled ones onto a second conveyor where they automatically feed out to the closing area. Here the bottles are indexed either one at a time or in groups (depending upon their total quantity) into the closing area where they receive their caps, crowns or lids. Because of the quick indexing of this arrangement these fillers are as fast as an equivalent rotary while being much simpler in design and much more flexible and much less expensive. Function times can be electronically adjusted and valves can be added when production increases require it.

The Evolution is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller and includes an operator interface which allows the operator to adjust operating times, such as, vacuum, CO2, fill, push back, snift and more (this cannot be done on a rotary filler because times are controlled by a combination of fixed cams and rotation speed). Different closure modules are available for (crowning, capping, bunging, corking, etc., great for contract bottling). The filler is built primarily of stainless steel and other food grade materials and is wash down capable. The CIP mode is built into the program and it has clear vinyl safety shields enclosing the machine.
